Pie Graph Analysis The pie graph shows the composition of the slush in percentages. The greatest percentage is 93.16% and the lowest is 0.38%. The three components are snow/ice, dry filtered solids, and dissolved solids. The snow has the greatest composition and the dissolved solids have the lowest precent composition. The dry filtered solids and dissolved solids only have a difference of 6.08%. The snow makes up most of the slush which means that it is close to a compound.
Bar Graph Analysis The bar graph shows a comparisonof different slush components' masses. The greatest mass is 57.7 grams and the lowest is 0.22 grams. The three components are snow/ice, dry filtered solids, and dissolved solids. The snow/ice have the greatest mass and dissolved solids have the lowest. The dissolved solids and dry filtered solids only range 3.27 grams different. The water portion of the substance takes up the greatest amount of matter in the slush.
Line Graph Analysis The line graph shows the changes in temperature of distilled water and the filtrate. The highest temperature was 100 degrees celsius. The distilled water had a low of 55 degrees celsius as opposed to the filtrate which had a low of 60 degrees. The test was conducted over a ten minute period of time and the filtrate reached the highest temperature the quickest. The differences in temperature never range any more than 10 degrees.
